What a Mess! VBS Recap

What a week it was! We may have only had three days together, but we packed them full of messy fun, big smiles, great memories, and lots of learning about Jesus. Around a dozen kids joined us for What a Mess! VBS, and we had a blast with messy snacks, games, crafts, and plenty of fun along the way.

Our theme reminded us that life can get messy for all of us. We make mistakes, face weaknesses, and deal with the messes that come from living in a broken world—but the good news is that Jesus loves messy people! We spent our time learning how Jesus responds to our messes, what He does about our sin, and how we can respond to both our own messes and the messes of others.

We’re so thankful for every child who joined us and for all the volunteers who made these three days possible. We’re also thankful for everyone who prayed for VBS and helped make it such a special time!
